Landen Kristian Feliz

Landen Kristian Feliz was joyful, imaginative, loving, and endlessly funny. From the time he was little, Landen loved superheroes. He often wore Spider-Man or Power Ranger costumes around the house and proudly accompanied his mom to the grocery store dressed as his favorite hero. Even as a teenager, that playful spirit never left him. On the final day of eighth grade, he wore his Miles Morales suit beneath his school uniform, then ran home doing flips while passing cars honked and took pictures. A young child even asked for his autograph.

Landen embraced life with curiosity and determination. He played soccer and baseball, modeled, studied theater, portrayed Zeus in his final play, joined his high school volleyball team, and became a talented chess player. He loved skateboarding, anime, exercise, healthy food, and, perhaps most of all, donuts. He was also a gifted boxer who won his first fight in December 2021. Through boxing and the mentorship of world champion Tiara Brown, Landen grew in confidence, leadership, discipline, and character.

What made Landen truly remarkable was the way he loved people. He greeted others with a hug, noticed when someone was hurting, and made sure no one felt left out. His friends came from every walk of life because Landen looked beyond differences and saw the good in everyone. He encouraged others, cared for his family, made tea when his mom was sick, and shared a beautiful friendship with his sister, Liana.

Landen was a natural leader with a strong and growing faith. He read his Bible, took notes, served others through school organizations, and tried to let his light shine. He will be remembered for his beautiful smile, contagious laughter, loving heart, playful humor, and desire to help others. Landen lived by a simple truth that continues to reflect his life: “Love never fails.”
